5 Steps to Give your Home a Gold Seal

01 Clean the Surface

Sweep away all debris, then pressure wash the entire surface. Remove oil stains with a degreaser. Allow to dry completely — at least 24 hours.

02 Fill All Cracks

Use a quality crack filler for any gaps wider than 1/8 inch. Smooth flush with the surface and allow to cure per product instructions.

03 Mix the Sealer

Stir the sealer thoroughly from the bottom up. Do not shake. Proper mixing ensures even pigment distribution and optimal adhesion.

04 Apply Evenly
Pour sealer in a ribbon across the surface and spread with a squeegee or brush in long, even strokes. Work in sections, maintaining a wet edge.

05  Allow to Cure
Keep traffic off for a minimum of 24–48 hours. Avoid sealing if rain is forecast within 24 hours. Full cure takes 30 days.
